Why are there different components?
Switch programs usually consist of two different components. On the one hand we have the functional element and on the other hand the cover or frame. The most common functional elements are light switches and sockets. But also bell buttons and junction boxes can be functional elements in switch programs. In order to install functional and visually perfect switch programs in your house, apartment or garage, please always make sure to use all components of the same manufacturer. In our store you will find switch programs that can be perfectly combined with each other and that will support you in the best possible way in any situation.
Flush-mounted or surface-mounted?
Switch programs are available in a wide variety of versions, with a wide variety of functions and in different designs. But when does which switch program make sense? Perhaps we can shed some light on this. First of all, imagine that you are currently planning your new building. If this is the case, we recommend switch programs that are installed flush-mounted. In your shell construction you have the possibility to choose the position of your sockets, light switches and connections freely without additional big effort. However, if you want to install new switch programs in an existing building, you should ask yourself whether you want to take on the effort of major structural changes or whether it would not be better to use surface-mounted switch programs. With this type of installation, you can lay the new cables on the wall and mount the bell buttons or light switches on the wall. This makes less work and looks just as good. If you want to replace old switch programs, this is possible in both variants.
