Do you also ship abroad?

We ship to all EU countries. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart after registration. The shipping costs are calculated depending on the items and the purchase quantity. We do not deliver to countries which can not be seen in the registration form.

Do I have to register for an order?

Are the boxes already assembled during shipping?

The cardboard boxes are delivered lying flat. This saves you valuable space. Upon receipt, this must be built by you.

Where can I find the invoice or the delivery note?

Once your product is packed, an email with delivery note and invoice in .PDF format automatically goes to the specified email address. Please also check your spam or junk folders. Shipping in paper format is not possible.

Our prices are calculated tough. We do not want to discriminate against a customer, so we decided against paying separate prices. As a dealer with regular need, we simply recommend a larger quantity to order - the scale price will automatically get you to low prices.

I have been announced by email 4 packages, but I got only 3, what to do?

No panic. Unfortunately that depends on the shipping service provider. Here it can happen that depending on the package volume individual shipments are not loaded together. As a rule, you will receive the remaining delivery one day later. In addition, we have several warehouses in different regions, which can be shipped from multiple locations.
