Long product life thanks to high-quality materials
CEE extensions must be able to withstand many loads. Especially because they are used on construction sites and in workshops, they are exposed to many mechanical stresses. For this reason, we use high-quality ABS material for the production of CEE extensions. This material has special properties that are ideally suited for heavy current applications. Due to its material structure, the hard and solid acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is insensitive to electronic charging and largely resistant to grease, oil and temperature fluctuations. Precisely because of these outstanding properties, the material is perfect for the housing of power sockets. The robust plugs and couplings are connected by a rubber cable. This cable is elastic, water-repellent and resistant. Electrical charging is not possible thanks to the rubber cable.
Extensions for 16 A and 32 A
We offer you a lot of CEE extensions, so you can work as flexible as you need. You can find the high-quality power extensions with the coupling and the plug made of ABS material and the contacts made of brass in different lengths, with and without phase inverter in 16A or 32A in our store. Thanks to the high quality materials, the extension cables are resistant to corrosion and deformation. The plugs of the extensions are tested according to the IP44 standard, whereas the couplings are tested IP67. The degree of protection of each CEE extension is composed of two code numbers. After testing, these digits indicate the degree of protection. The international IP is placed in front of the code numbers. This comes from English and means something like "protection against intrusion". The protection classes we offer are based on the ingress of foreign bodies and protection against water. Sockets with IP44 protection are protected against penetration of foreign bodies with a diameter of 1mm and splashing water, while sockets with IP67 protection are protected against dust and temporary immersion in water up to a depth of one meter for a maximum of 30 minutes.
