There is always a lot going on at a construction site. Here a drill is needed, there a saw at another place againrum a construction spotlight to create more light. But also large devices must be operated and they need mostly high voltage current, so that they function in the best way. So that you can operate all your devices without any problems, we provide you with a construction power distributor, which will support you on your construction site in the best possible way. The 4 230 V connections offer enough space for the small devices and with the 16A and 32A connection the large devices rotate optimally. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship and good fuse protection, our wall-mounted distributors can be used perfectly both outdoors and indoors.
Made of ABS material
In order to provide you with a construction power distributor that can withstand all conditions and support you in the best possible way during your work, we have manufactured the wall distributors from high-quality ABS material. This material is impact and scratch resistant, moisture and dirt repellent and can therefore withstand the harsh conditions of a construction site in the best possible way. ABS, or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, is often used for electrical installation enclosures. This is due to the material's inherent properties. Due to the stiffness and toughness of the material, it is largely resistant to grease, oil, temperature fluctuations and, more importantly, electronic charging. We have also paid great attention to your safety and manufactured the wall-mounted distributors according to IP protection degree 44. This degree of protection guarantees you that the distributors are protected against the penetration of solid foreign bodies larger than 1mm and against splashing water from all sides. High-quality protective flap made of polycarbonate
To ensure that the fuses on our construction power distributor are optimally protected against foreign bodies, splash water and accidental use, we have attached a high-quality and robust protective flap made of polycarbonate. This transparent protective flap allows you to have all fuses in view without having to open the cover all the time. PC (polycarbonate) is a thermal plastic that combines properties of high transparency, heat resistance and good impact strength. Here, too, we have paid attention to your safety and manufactured the flap according to IP44. In addition, thanks to the PC material used, the flap has good electrical insulation properties, as well as resistance to dilute acids, oils, greases and ethanol. You can't be better equipped for a construction site. To further assist you in handling, the flap locks firmly in the top position. So you don't have to hold it open all the time to check or operate the fuses.
4 x 230 V for all cases
If you are working with several devices at the same time, you need enough slots to plug everything in safely. Our construction power distributor offers you the possibility to connect 4 devices at the same time. Even an additional distribution strip is no problem. Whether you connect chargers, light sources or a coffee machine, our high-quality construction power distributor reliably supplies all your devices with the right amperage. Our sockets are protected with 16 amperes, which is quite important for a standard socket. Since it is a standard household outlet, it has only 1 phase. To determine the power of the outlet, you need to multiply the voltage (volts) by the amperage (amps). This results in a maximum power of 3,680 watts or 3.68 kW for our sockets at the construction power distributors. If this maximum power is exceeded, the fuse will automatically blow. Before charging or operating your equipment, please always check the continuous loads for which the electrical installation is designed, as overloading can lead to strong heat generation and fires.
CEE 16 A socket
If you use a concrete mixer on your construction site, you need a power connection that is designed for continuous operation. At our construction power distributor you will find the suitable connection. Since industrial machines require a higher power to be operated, the 3-phase alternating current is used for this purpose. The 3-phase alternating current is also called three-phase current, power current, industrial current or commonly known as heavy current. In order to be able to use this correctly, however, you need the maintenance-free and robust CEE 16 A socket. You can connect a 5-pole CEE 16 A plug to this socket. This consists of 3 phases (the so-called outer conductors), a neutral conductor and an earth. Between one phase and the neutral conductor there is a 230 V alternating voltage. This gives us a total power of about 11kW. To ensure your safety, this socket is also fused with 16 amps. This means that a 400 volt device can produce about twice as much power with the same consumption. In the European area, the alternating current has a stable frequency of 50 Hz. Thanks to the self-closing flap, the socket on our wall distributor is always optimally protected from splashing water and foreign bodies. We can also guarantee this protection thanks to IP44.
Even more power thanks to CEE 32 A socket outlet
In order to provide your construction site with even more power, we have additionally attached a CEE 32 A socket to our high-quality construction power distributor. This socket offers you a voltage of 380 to 400 V, which is protected by 32 amperes. The CEE 32 A socket is intended for continuous operation of large industrial machines and has a maximum power of 22 kW or 22000 W. The difference to a CEE 16 A socket is the use of a thicker cable, a larger IEC plug and the overall higher load capacity. Thus, you can connect a 5-pole CEE 32 A power cable to our wall distributors, which consists of 3 phases, a neutral conductor and an earth, just like a 16 A cable. Due to the different plug sizes, however, the 16 A plug does not fit into the 32 A socket or vice versa. Your safety is guaranteed in any case. So that you can use the construction power distributor both indoors and outdoors, the 32 A socket is also equipped with a self-closing flap. According to IP44, you again have protection against splashing water and protection against foreign bodies with a diameter of more than 1 mm. Use our wall distributor. For your protection - Schneider fuses
To ensure your safety in case of an emergency, we protect all our sockets with Schneider fuses. The German family-owned company has been manufacturing fuses for electrical installations since 1955. For this reason, we have chosen these fuses for our construction power distribution boxes. We protect our 230 V sockets with 1-pole 16 A fuses, which have an insulation voltage of 500 V and an impulse withstand voltage of 4000 V. The 16 A socket of our construction power distributor is equipped with Schneider fuses. The 16 A socket of our construction power distributor is protected with a 3-pole 16 Amp fuse, which has an insulation voltage of 500 V and a surge voltage strength of 4000 V. In order to be able to switch off the entire wall distributor at once, we use a high-quality Schneider RCD switch. This 4 pole switch is fused with 40 Amper, has an insulation voltage of 500 V and a surge voltage strength of 4000 V. With this fuse, your safety is guaranteed at all times.
