Three Practical Sizes for Flexible Use
We offer three coordinated box sizes: 160 x 160 x 80 mm for compact items, 240 x 160 x 80 mm for flatter products, and 350 x 250 x 80 mm for larger small package shipments. All variants stay within the DHL small package dimensions and can be used with lower shipping rates. The interior dimensions are optimized for maximum usable volume.
Lightweight Yet Strong
Our boxes are made from single-wall corrugated cardboard with durable E-flute. This makes them especially lightweight without compromising stability. The largest version weighs only 128 grams, helping you stay within the maximum allowed weight. At the same time, the boxes provide reliable protection against pressure, impacts, and external forces – even for delicate items.
Proven Fefco 0246 Design
Our DHL small package boxes are built according to the Fefco 0246 standard. This design offers additional protection with triple-layered cardboard in the closure area. You receive packaging that holds up well under frequent use and long-distance shipping. Especially practical: the boxes are delivered flat and require minimal storage space.
Secure Closure with Cross-Lock Flap
A unique feature of our small package boxes is the cross-inserting flap closure. This prevents the box from accidentally opening under pressure or during transit – a common issue with standard tuck-in designs. If needed, a small adhesive strip can be added for extra protection against tampering during shipment.
Quick Assembly with Defined Fold Lines
All boxes feature clearly marked fold lines that make setup quick and intuitive. They can be assembled in seconds without tools or tape. This saves time and simplifies operations, especially in high-volume environments such as warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment, or office shipping.
Responsible and Sustainable Packaging
Our DHL small package boxes are made from eco-friendly, recyclable materials. The resource-efficient production and reduced packaging volume help support more sustainable shipping processes. This way, you combine cost-effective logistics with environmental responsibility – in line with modern packaging standards.
