Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Gesamt EU.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate shipping costs based on the shipping weight:

€6.90 per package. For various small items, only €4.90 flat rate! Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the volume metric weight. For freight shipping, €69.90 per Euro pallet is charged. Shipping costs are automatically displayed in real-time in the shopping cart before checkout.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping), we calculate as follows:

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:

Denmark, Finland, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, and Cyprus:

Per pallet: €250.00

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping) abroad, we calculate as follows:

Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Belgium:

Per pallet: €150.00

Denmark, Finland, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Liechtenstein, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, San Marino, Slovenia, Vatican City, Faroe Islands, and Cyprus.

Per pallet: €250.00

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
