Dangerous, highly flammable or simply environmentally harmful substances require special protection during transport. Always make sure such substances are properly protected and choose a United Nations approved 4G / 4GV carton. The internal dimensions of our dangerous goods boxes are 275 x 195 x 300 mm (length x width x height). The double-walled special cardboard is approved for road traffic (ADR), sea (IMDG, ADNR) and air traffic (ICAO-IT, IATA) as well as rail traffic (RID). These special cardboard boxes can be used as outer packaging for liquids and solids, but have also been tested and approved as outer packaging for metal, plastic and glass.
Our high-quality dangerous goods boxes are made of B-flute and C-flute, specially developed for the shipping of hazardous goods. Please refer to the information in the safety data sheet for your hazardous substance to find out whether our 4G / 4GV box with UN approval is suitable for your goods. Please also make sure that our cardboard boxes can be used as outer packaging (X, Y, Z) for all dangerous goods categories (I-high risk, II-medium risk, III-low risk), but the packaging varies depending on the particular circumstances the maximum gross weight of the category applies. This allows you to load a dangerous goods box with the dimensions 275 x 195 x 300 mm, a dangerous goods class 4GV-X, a maximum weight of 10 kg and a dangerous goods class 4G-Z for 30 kg. Refer to the following table and instructions for detailed instructions.
Closing the shipping container must also follow strict guidelines, and these guidelines should be followed to ensure total protection and safety. According to the printed sealing regulations, high-quality filament tape must be used and glued as shown on the cardboard picture. When transporting dangerous goods, ensure that the load is adequately secured.

Easy Application and Residue-Free Removal
- Start with a thorough cleaning of the window to be covered, removing dust particles and stains.
- Measure the window to determine the required size of the film. Then cut the film accordingly.
- Fill the provided spray bottle with water and a little dishwashing liquid. Thoroughly clean the window to be covered with this mixture and then dry it with the provided squeegee.
- Carefully peel off a corner of the protective film using a piece of tape.
- Now evenly moisten both the adhesive side of the film and the window pane with the contents of the spray bottle.
- Remove the entire protective film from the window film and apply it to the prepared window pane.
- Use the squeegee to smooth the film evenly on the window. Then use the provided cutter to trim any excess film at the edges.
