The Officebox® - the innovative document box
Our Officebox® is not a classic document box, but has a unique, well thought-out design that combines the highest quality standards with maximum functionality. On the one hand, the Officebox® convinces with its outstanding stability and stackability in contrast to conventional filing boxes. On the other hand, features such as labeling fields, checkboxes and viewing windows simplify the archiving and retrieval of your important documents.
Enormous stability thanks to the double walled cardboard & reinforced base
When manufacturing the folder box Officebox®, we focus on the highest quality. A double 2.30 BE shaft is used, which has extremely stable properties. The stability is also supported by the outer straps that are inserted into the floor, which keep the floor flaps closed even with a load of approx. 40 kg.
Secure hold with 3-fold handle reinforcement
Our Officebox® is very easy to transport with its handles. Thanks to the triple handle reinforcement, you can easily carry the professional folder box. The handles remain stable even with heavy content and do not tear.
Safe & accurate stackability
The Officebox® is optimally stackable, which saves you a lot of space. The stable cardboard quality as well as the special folding technology ensure that the document boxes can be stacked on top of each other without any problems. Thanks to the stacking lugs on the shorter sides, stackability is supported and, at the same time, accurate stacking is ensured.
Quick search thanks to the practical viewing window
With our Officebox® you can easily find the documents you need at any time. This is made possible by the fold-out broad side of the folder box, which allows you to see the folder spine labels. So you can quickly find out which folder to pick without having to search.
Labeling & checkboxes for a better overview
With the help of the printed labeling and checkboxes, you never lose track of which documents you are storing with our document box. The forms that you can easily tick will help you with this. You can write more detailed information on the content on the front and side labeling fields. This gives you the option of making its contents visible on the longer side of the folder box.
Easy to assemble without any tape
Our Officebox® also impresses with its easy handling, because it can be folded and filled in a very short time without the use of adhesive tape. As an initial support, you are welcome to use our two picture instructions under the product photos. These explain to you both how the lid and the bottom are folded.
Multiple uses
The Officebox® is suitable for holding a maximum of 6 folders or filing boxes with a maximum spine width of 80 mm. In addition to archiving files, these can also be used for transporting books or as moving boxes.

Easy Application and Residue-Free Removal
- Start with a thorough cleaning of the window to be covered, removing dust particles and stains.
- Measure the window to determine the required size of the film. Then cut the film accordingly.
- Fill the provided spray bottle with water and a little dishwashing liquid. Thoroughly clean the window to be covered with this mixture and then dry it with the provided squeegee.
- Carefully peel off a corner of the protective film using a piece of tape.
- Now evenly moisten both the adhesive side of the film and the window pane with the contents of the spray bottle.
- Remove the entire protective film from the window film and apply it to the prepared window pane.
- Use the squeegee to smooth the film evenly on the window. Then use the provided cutter to trim any excess film at the edges.
